Job summary

White Trading Limited seeks an Account Administrator in Bradford for a temporary assignment. You will provide excellent customer service, manage inquiries by mail or phone, and collaborate with Account Managers to meet service goals.

Weekly pay and immediate starts are offered, with standard hours from 08:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday. Experience in 3PL and a strong command of Microsoft Office are required, along with clear communication and the ability to travel to the site as needed.

Qualifications

• 3PL experience required.
• Previous experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data input.

Responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer service experience.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build strong relationships.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone promptly.
• Improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
• Liaise with Account Managers.
