Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Logistics team member for a Connecticut venue. You will greet guests, assist with seating, load dock deliveries, and support staff to ensure smooth events.

Candidates must stay energetic in a fast-paced setting, stand for long periods, and deliver professional, timely guest interactions. Health benefits and PTO are available for full-time staff, with additional holiday pay.

Logistics Overview:

Logistics is responsible for working under the instructions of our logistics team and an event manager, welcoming vendors, crowd maintenance, inspecting equipment for damage after use and checking equipment against inventory list among other duties. Logistics staff needs to constantly be on their feet and attend to the many needs of event goers, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels. Customer service focus with periods of greeting and providing information to patrons about the events at the center. Morning, afternoon, weekends and evening shifts.
