ORBIS Inc. seeks a logistics leader to support NAVSEA Team Submarine programs, integrating logistics across life-cycle support for Columbia, Virginia, SSN(X), and related offices. The role emphasizes directing logistics actions, policy creation, and ensuring compliant training and staffing across the submarine portfolio.

Qualified candidates will have extensive DoD acquisition experience, preferably 10+ years in Navy logistics programs, and must be a U.S. citizen with a secret clearance.

• 7 years professional experience in integrated logistics support.
• 10+ years in DoD ACAT ID acquisition programs.
• Experience with Navy logistics programs and logistics support planning.

Responsibilities

• Integrate the spectrum of logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments.
• Direct the integrated logistics process, develop support policies, procedures and systems, and provide implementation guidance.
• Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establish and enforce standards to ensure the workforce is trained and equipped.
• Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.

Job Description: * Provide support to NAVSEA Team Submarine (TEAM SUB) Submarine Ship Building (SHAPM) Program Offices and supporting organizations: PMS 397 - COLUMBIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 450 - VIRGINIA Class Submarine Program Office, PMS 351 - Future Attack Submarine (SSN(X)) Program Office, and SEA 05Z - Marine Engineering Competency Domain.

• TEAM SUB is a combination of Program Executive Office (PEO) Strategic Submarine (PEO SSBN), PEO Attack Submarines (PEO SSN), and PEO Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS) and the Direct Reporting Program Office, AUKUS Integration & Acquisition Office (AUKUS). The TEAM SUB concept divides the single submarine-centric organization into specific PEOs with the goal of enhancing the structures and processes in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Required Skills and Experience: Capable of performing the following functions: * Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments.
• Direct the integrated logistics process, develop support policies, procedures and systems, and provide implementation guidance.
• Prepare and implement directives to ensure effective logistics support, and establish and enforce standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped.
• Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.
• Typical Experience: 7 years professional experience in integrated logistics support.
• Desired: Min of 10 yrs experience with DOD ACAT ID Acquisition Programs.
• Desired: Min of 10 yrs experience with Navy Logistics Programs.
• Desired: Demonstrated experience in ILS Management, Supply Support, Technical Design Interface, Training, Facilities, Computer Resources, Support and Test Equipment, Technical data and manpower and personnel along with the development of logistics support, plans and methodologies. Must be able to recommend Technical ILS Requirements for the SBSD Program. Degree Requirements: * Preferred: BS/BA Degree.

• A secret security clearance
