Position Summary

Thelogistic supervisor will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and managing delivery routes and driver team for distribution center

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet for assigned location within a direct store delivery network.

• Assigning and supervising driver personnel with a focus on safety/regulatory compliance and controlling and maintaining delivery efficiency goals while meeting or exceeding customer service level expectations.

• Ensure Delivery Driver SOPs are adhered to

• Daily reconciliation of routes and driver performance through GEOTAB

• Other duties as assigned

Education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associates degree preferred
• 3 years of recent/prior fleet/driver supervisory/management experience
• Previous experience with routing and driver dispatching
• Prior driving experience preferred

Physical Demands

• Must be able to frequently lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds without assistance

The pay range for this position is between $55,000 to $60,000 yr based on experience.
