Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Cerritos, CA is seeking a logistics professional specializing in freight forwarding to support import operations. The role requires strong customer orientation, analytical problem solving, and proficiency with MS Office.

You will coordinate ocean, air, and trucking freight, manage fulfillment and distribution activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs while building strong carrier relationships. Bilingual in Chinese or Vietnamese is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry (Ocean import) is preferred.
• Candidate with strong analytical skills and the ability to learn logistics operations quickly are encouraged.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Great interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate openly and effectively.
• Works well under pressure and has a sense of urgency.
• Outlook, Microsoft Office application such as Excel/Power point/Word.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Constantly evaluates logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and support long-term business growth.
