Job summary

PUcore USA Inc. is seeking a logistics and production operator to support shipping and production activities. The role involves preparing shipping documents, obtaining quotes, updating shipment status, and managing labels for totes.

You will assist with forklift loading/unloading and send samples to customers via major carriers. Ideal candidates will be able to adapt to changing shipment needs, maintain inventory checks, and collaborate with the logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Prepares shipping documents for BOL, MSDS, COA and COC.
• Obtains quotes from shipping companies and updates shipment status.
• Manages totes labels and sends samples via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Performs weekly inventory checks for totes and drums.
• Supports loading/unloading with forklift and responds to shipment demands.

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing logistics and production operator duties. You will support our business growth and production department by preparing shipping, creating labels, forklift support loading and unloading. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your logistic knowledge and experience. Directly report to Logistcs Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares the documents for BOL, MSDS, COA and COC.
• Obtains Quotes from the shipping company.
• Update shipment status on the blackboard.
• Manages the labels on the totes.
• Sends small samples to customers via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Share the BOLs with CSR and VP via email.
• Perform weekly inventory checks for totes and drums.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changing demands of shipments
• Responsible for the day-to-day tasks.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time or without notice.
