Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community's maintenance program and help preserve asset value. The role focuses on interior and exterior upkeep and providing excellent resident service, working under the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, inspections, inventory management, and timely completion of service requests, with weekend and after-hours availability for emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional work environment and assist with maintenance operations.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance and conduct daily property inspections.
• Adhere to Landmark Properties policies and procedures and protect confidentiality.
• Respond to resident service requests and emergencies, including after hours.
