Job summary

NGIS FALLON is seeking an NHG General Manager to oversee one or more NHG lodging facilities and ensure performance aligns with NHG guidelines. You will report to an NHG Regional VP and lead a team in delivering DoD hospitality services.

Responsibilities include budgeting, maintenance coordination, safety and security, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all NHG properties. Proficiency with PMS and CORE-HMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of general experience in administrative, technical, or responsible work with knowledge of operational practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates a DoD lodging operation consistent with mid-scale hotel services for TDY, PCS, or leisure guests.
• Coordinates minor construction, painting, and preventive maintenance of NHG facilities.
• Oversees recurring facility maintenance programs and uses funds effectively.
• Keeps accurate operating records, cash handling, and asset custody.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and guest/security compliance with NHG standards.
