The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons.
POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for assisting all lodging properties with large‑scale property maintenance issues, troubleshooting, project management, training, and safety. This position will also help with developing best practices that generate cost savings and additional value from our property assets.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have 5+ years of related hotel and/or property maintenance experience and the following certifications: Class C‑2 boiler, HVAC, CPO/AFO. Must have previous supervisory experience, working knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Solid negotiation and delegation skills, excellent strategic and innovative thinking with strong problem and decision‑making skills.
Travel: This position may be required to travel a minimum of 75% of the time.
Rate: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonus
