Job summary

Woodward Tahoe, part of POWDR, seeks a Lodge Services Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning and maintenance across lodges and common areas. You will lead the Lodge Services team, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met in a busy, guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial, housekeeping, or facilities experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the Lodge Services team.
• Assign daily duties and ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance of lodges, restrooms, kitchens, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties as needed (vacuuming, bussing, trash, surfaces).
• Monitor supplies and inventory; report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Coordinate staffing needs and daily operations; provide excellent customer service.
