Job summary

The Lodge Server role at The Lodge & Spa at Three Forks Ranch requires polished, attentive service and strong guest communication. You will prepare dining areas, greet guests, and ensure meals are delivered with care while coordinating with culinary and lodge teams to maintain a high standard of hospitality.

Greet guests warmly, communicate menus clearly, and manage dining areas efficiently to support a seamless guest experience across meals and events.

Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong guest-service and communication skills.
Professional, polished, and dependable.

Responsibilities

Prepare dining rooms and service areas before each meal.
Set tables according to Three Forks Ranch standards.
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive professional service.
Accurately communicate menus, ingredients, and meal details.
Serve food and beverages correctly and efficiently.
Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs.
Clear and reset tables promptly.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and service areas.
Follow all opening, closing, side-work and, cleaning responsibilities.
Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns promptly.
Assist with room service, special events, outdoor meals, and other lodge dining needs as assigned.
Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communicate at all times.
