Responsibilities

• Prepare dining rooms and service areas before each meal.
• Set tables according to Three Forks Ranch standards.
• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive professional service.
• Accurately communicate menus, ingredients, and meal details.
• Serve food and beverages correctly and efficiently.
• Monitor tables throughout service and anticipate guest needs.
• Clear and reset tables promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining and service areas.
• Follow all opening, closing, side-work and, cleaning responsibilities.
• Communicate guest requests, dietary needs, and service concerns promptly.
• Assist with room service, special events, outdoor meals, and other lodge dining needs as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communicate at all times.
