Responsibilities

• Set-up and deliver all food and beverage orders to guest rooms and hospitality suites.
• Conduct floor sweeps and retrieve all trays to maintain sanitation guidelines.
• Set-up and deliver VIP amenities.
• Service hospitality suites in accordance with BEO and policies.
• Complete shift sidework as outlined in operating policies.
• Respond to guest needs and issues to ensure quality experience and future sales.
• Report communications to shift supervisor.
• Perform cash handling per company policies.
