TEMPO Employment Services is seeking a Lodge Operations Coordinator in Ashland, ME, to oversee daily lodge operations and housing services. You will manage meals, supervise kitchen staff, and coordinate meetings and events while ensuring cleanliness and safety across facilities.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service, hospitality, lodging, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as head cook/kitchen supervisor or similar.
• Food safety certification preferred.
• Experience overseeing lodging or property operations a plus.
• Comfort coordinating routine maintenance with contractors/internal trades.
• Experience with inventory, ordering, purchasing procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including occasional weekends or events.
