Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a Lodge Attendant to keep lodges, restrooms, dining areas, and public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in cold weather, especially during peak ski season, while ensuring health and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, stocking restrooms, and maintaining custodial equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Crystal Mountain guests.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop lodge floors.
• Maintain and stock restrooms.
• Clean and sanitize facilities.
• Attend to spills and messes.
• Shampoo carpets.
• Transport trash and recycling to appropriate containers.
• Report maintenance needs to Facilities Manager.
