Mountain-Capital-Partners is seeking an Evening Janitorial Custodian to maintain cleanliness across lodges, including restrooms, dining areas, and locker rooms, after hours. Responsibilities include scrubbing fixtures, sweeping/mopping floors, restocking consumables, and notifying Maintenance of repairs.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to lift 25 lbs, and physical stamina for stairs, bending, and walking between buildings.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Able to lift arms overhead.
• Bending, twisting, stooping during shift.
• Able to ascend/descend stairs.
• Able to walk between buildings.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and chemical reactions.
• Professional communication skills.
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, some holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to solve problems and take direction.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Internal drive and motivation.
• Work calmly under pressure and create a professional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Clean restrooms: scrub toilets, sinks, wipe walls/doors, empty trash.
• Stock restrooms with consumables.
• Check lockers and turn items to Guest Services.
• Vacuum/mop dining rooms and food courts.
• Empty all trash in both lodges.
• Monitor inventory of supplies.
• Report repairs or safety/maintenance needs to Maintenance.
