Job summary

IMN Enterprises in the United States is seeking a recruiter specializing in Physicians to recruit and place them on permanent or Locum Tenens/contract basis. You will manage daily contact with clients and providers and report results.

Responsibilities include building targeted searches with UltraStaff, LinkedIn, resume boards; screening candidates; maintaining databases; and providing management with progress metrics and search results.

This position will perform duties as a recruiter specializing in the search, recruitment and placement of Physicians on a permanent and or Locum Tenens / contract basis within the United States. They will be responsible for daily contact and reporting of the specific results of the activity. This position is responsible for managing recruitment and job placement activities external to the organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Recruit Providers to determine if they meet basic qualifications based upon the client profile and position

specifications:

• Build targeted recruiting/list searches of qualified providers using appropriate tools (UltraStaff, LinkedIn, Job Boards, Resume Boards, Industry Publications, Online Sources, Conferences, and

others)

• Manage searches process with attention towards accuracy,speed, and ultimately qualified candidate identification.
• Proactively recruit providers for positions using marketing, email, and phone.
• From pool of providers, identify the best quality providers by reviewing resumes for

background, industry experience, education, and job history.

• Utilize the telephone as primary tool for communication with Clients and Providers.
• Accurately maintain database based upon company standards.
• Cross reference database with LinkedIn connections
• Manage Ultra-Staff lists and Distribution Lists (current and past database searches)
• Provide management with various reporting regarding candidate/client progress, search metrics.
• Develop Client Base and secure positions within the client base for which to fill.
• Provide positions for recruiters to fill and work closely with recruiters to fill those positions.
• Research various resources for candidate, competitor, industry, and association information

through:

• Maintaining current knowledge of trends for multiple industries through researching

periodicals and industry news as well as participating in various associations
