• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3–5 years in provider operations or locum coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as centralized point of contact for locum requests and assignments.
• Coordinate with agencies, scheduling, credentialing, onboarding, and timekeeping.
• Develop reports and dashboards on locum utilization, coverage, and costs.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and reduce costs.
• Maintain confidentiality and data governance.
