Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform heavy manual labor.
• Union-based role with shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Post-offer medical examination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Fuel locomotives and check oil levels.
• Sand and wash locomotives; operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Operate vehicles and may obtain CDL for Locomotive Service truck.
• Transport supplies between work and storage locations.
• Perform station and shop maintenance to keep locomotives safe.
