Qualifications

• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and physical standards.
• Outdoor work in all weather and ability to perform heavy physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Fuel locomotives and check/replenish oil levels.
• Sand and wash locomotives.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment.
• Operate various vehicles; may require CDL for Locomotive Service truck.
• May operate locomotives within shop limits.
• Clean and maintain related railroad facilities.
• Transport supplies between work and storage locations.
• Complete tasks to ensure safe locomotive operation.
