Job summary

PSC Group seeks a Supervisor, Operations to lead safety-focused field operations and coordinate locomotive maintenance and inspections across multiple locations. The role emphasizes safety, performance improvement, and effective communication with field crews and customers.

The position requires on-site work, strong English fluency, and the ability to operate in outdoor industrial environments with PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) and able to communicate clearly.
• On-site attendance required with punctuality.
• Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions including extreme heat or cold.
• Exposure to chemicals, fumes, or other industrial conditions may occur; PPE must be worn and medical clearance obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused operations with field crews and customers to identify performance improvements.
• Coordinate and conduct daily safety and job briefings across multiple locomotive sites.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling for locomotive fleets and ensure FRA inspections are tracked and completed.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and support development plans for field employees.
• Drive recognition of good performance and identify future leaders for succession planning.
