Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Coach, train, and manage employee performance.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet needs.
• Collaborate with PSC’s commercial team to grow the site’s book of business.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and leadership.
