Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing, assembly, automotive, or related field.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with hand/power tools and pneumatic equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and quality focus; follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and structural components on locomotives.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and production documents.
• Perform wiring, harness installation, and testing.
• Troubleshoot and repair assemblies to support production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to build locomotives.
• Maintain skills through training and development.
