You will read blueprints and schematics, route wires, install harnesses, and work with hand and power tools in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related environments.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and production documentation.
• Experience safely operating hand/power tools and pneumatic equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to follow detailed work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and structural components on locomotives and rail vehicles.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions to complete tasks.
• Perform wire routing, termination, and harness installation with quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, modify, and repair assemblies to support continuous production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team to build locomotives using specialized tools in a fast-paced environment.
