Qualifications

• 2+ years of repair, installation, and maintenance of locking devices.
• Must possess license/certification/registration where required.
• Provide excellent guest service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical or electrical locking devices using hand tools and special equipment.
• Determine method for key cutting and duplication; stamp codes on keys.
• Issue interior/exterior keys and maintain key/lock records; manage master key systems and emergency access.
• Set up and maintain a master key system.
• Use computer programs for keying and specification writing.
• Maintain inventory of locks, lock parts, and related materials; order parts as needed.
• Inspect locks and safes; change combinations and handle emergency keying requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper lubrication per policy.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and colleagues.
