Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking a field service locksmith to install, repair, and maintain commercial locking systems on customer sites in the New York area. You will diagnose mechanical and electronic issues and implement access control solutions, performing site surveys to tailor recommendations.

Responsibilities include documenting work, communicating with property managers and internal teams, and traveling as needed to assigned sites while delivering professional service and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional locksmith or access control field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial door hardware and lock systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional locksmith, access control, security hardware, or related field service experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial door hardware, mechanical/electronic locks, key systems, and access control technology.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues and work independently in a field environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
