Job summary

Atlas Search is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead locksmith and access control initiatives from planning through installation and client handoff.

You will coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, and site access to keep projects on track while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management in locksmith or security construction.
• Strong knowledge of access control, electronic locks, and security installations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate field teams, meet deadlines and budgets.
• Excellent communication, organization, and client management skills.

Job description

• Manage locksmith and access control projects from initial planning through installation, completion, and client handoff.


• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, materials, schedules, and site access to ensure projects remain on track.


• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, and site conditions to identify requirements, risks, and potential issues.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, property managers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Track project budgets, timelines, change orders, documentation, and quality standards while ensuring work is completed safely and to specification.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience within locksmith, access control, commercial security, door hardware, or a related construction/field-services environment.


• Strong knowledge of commercial locksmithing, access control systems, door hardware, electronic locks, and security installations.


• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate field teams, and meet deadlines and budget requirements.


• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and client management skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools; willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
