Job summary

PayJoy Lock is the core moat of PayJoy's business, a proprietary security stack running across the world's largest emerging market device fleet. As PM for Lock Platform, you will own the programs that keep that moat strong and expanding.

You will combine deep technical fluency with strategic clarity to drive lock security, reliability, and device compatibility programs across multiple markets. This is a key Individual Contributor role reporting to the Lock Platform Lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a PM owning technically complex programs end-to-end.
• Technical fluency on Android/mobile platforms with engineering collaboration.
• Independent problem framing, explicit tradeoffs, proactive risk handling.
• Experience in mobile security, device management, OEM ecosystems.
• Strong analytics, metrics frameworks, and product health visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of lock platform initiatives from definition to launch and iteration.
• Drive lock security initiatives including OTA enforcement and device vulnerability reduction.
• Lead lock reliability program to prevent accidental locking and ensure policy compliance.
• Own device compatibility programs and market readiness for launches.
• Support new market/country launches with lock readiness checks.
