Job summary

PayJoy is seeking a Product Manager for the Lock Platform in our San Francisco office. You will own programs that strengthen the security moat across markets, collaborating with engineering and business teams to enhance lock strength, device compatibility, and fraud reduction.

You will work in-person with a team, define roadmaps, and communicate progress to leadership, ensuring readiness for new markets and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Manager experience owning technically complex programs end-to-end.
• Technical fluency on Android or mobile platforms and collaboration with engineers.
• Ability to frame problems, propose solutions with tradeoffs, and lead cross-functional execution.
• Experience in mobile security, device management, OEM ecosystems, or similar complex domains.
• Strong analytical ability to build metrics and product health visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of lock platform initiatives from problem definition to launch and post-launch ownership.
• Drive lock security initiatives including OTA enforcement and device vulnerability reduction.
• Lead the lock reliability program to prevent accidental locking and ensure policy compliance.
• Own device compatibility programs and close security gaps across devices PayJoy finances.
• Support new market and country launches ensuring lock readiness before go-live.
