Job summary

PayJoy is seeking an accomplished Product Manager for the Lock Platform in San Francisco. You will own strategies to strengthen the security moat, improve device compatibility, and expand in emerging markets, reporting to the Lock Platform Lead.

You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to reduce fraud, increase reliability, and ensure compliance across new features and markets. This is an in-office role based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience owning technically complex programs end-to-end.
• Technical fluency on Android/mobile platforms to engage with engineers and assess tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical ability to build metrics and monitor product health.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of lock platform initiatives from problem definition to launch and post-launch ownership.
• Drive lock security initiatives, OTA enforcement, vulnerability reduction, and real-time platform health visibility.
