Job summary

Futura Title & Escrow in Boise, Idaho, seeks a Locator II to analyze spatial data, design digital maps, and mentor junior staff. This in-person role may be eligible for remote consideration for qualified candidates located in Idaho and neighboring states.

You will lead GIS projects, convert maps to digital formats, and create data visualizations, contributing to a growing regional real estate services network. A high school diploma and GIS experience are required.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Hourly

This is in person, on-site position located in Boise, Idaho ; however, remote work may be considered for qualified candidates residing in Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Montana, Oregon, Washington, or Wyoming.*

* The salary range for this position is based on the Boise, Idaho market. Placement within the range depends on experience, skills, and qualifications, and pay may be adjusted for candidates outside the Boise area. Futura offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and paid holidays. On-site/In-person in Boise is preferred; remote may be an option depending on the candidate.
