Job summary

Cintas Location Manager in Pico Rivera, CA, is responsible for guiding the location's operational performance while executing a defined development curriculum to prepare for leadership of a Rental facility.

Responsibilities include managing a high-performing team, controlling costs, maintaining inventory, delivering top-tier customer service, and contributing to short- and long-range location planning. The role requires relocation and a track record of steady leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of management experience including full P&L responsibility and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Collate and analyze data using predefined tools and formats.
• Ensure production systems and processes in area run daily to keep the plant on schedule.
• Maintain effective internal communications systems and update as needed.
• Perform knowledge management tasks per established procedures to support others.
• Investigate questions about programs and processes to understand operations.
• Manage costs and review financial statements with Plant Manager.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly operations; supervise budgets and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
