Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Five to seven years of management experience including full P&L responsibility, managing budgets, long range strategic planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Ability to relocate is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the location's overall operational business and lead the team.
• Hire and develop a high performing team.
• Manage performance and provide leadership to the team.
• Address customer service issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory and manage the budget.
• Contribute to immediate and long-range planning of location goals and objectives.
