Job summary

Final Mile is seeking a Location Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the assignment site(s). You will build positive client relationships, understand all location aspects, and drive efficiencies to grow the delivery business.

The role emphasizes recruiting, contractor partnerships, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading daily stand-ups, field ride-alongs, managing expenses, and ensuring location margins.

Responsibilities

• Focus on relationship with client to gain 100% of appliance delivery business
• Develop and hold your staff accountable (if applicable)
• Recruit and retain Independent Contractors
• P&L Management (Controllables)
• Communicate effectively with the DIA, DIM and client staff
• Lead Daily Stand-ups (Short, Effective and informative meetings) – (Document and include feedback in recap)
• Weekly ride behinds in field with teams to ensure client satisfaction and training – (Document and include in recap)
• Provide Weekly updates on your locations. Weekly recap should include: Your schedule for the week, Summarized update of location(s), Standup recap, Ride behind recap, Aging invoices update (if applicable)
