Final Mile is seeking a Location Manager to lead daily operations at our Springdale, AR location. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, recruit and manage contractors, and drive profitability across the site.

The role emphasizes P&L oversight, expense control, and proactive communication with client staff and internal teams. A college degree or equivalent experience is expected, with proven leadership and organizational skills guiding the team to achieve location goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the location(s).
• Build positive client relationships and drive 100% of client business.
• Recruit and manage independent contractors and staff where applicable.
• Manage P&L and operating expenses; monitor showroom and inventory.
• Lead weekly updates and field ride-alongs to ensure client satisfaction.
• Enforce company policies and drive location margin goals.
