Job summary

Final Mile is seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily operations at the Jacksonville market. You will build strong client relationships and grow business within the delivery network, while leading staff and coordinating contractor partnerships to maximize profitability.

You will manage P&L, expenses, and warehouse oversight, drive performance through weekly meetings, and provide critical updates to the client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with the client to drive 100% of appliance delivery business.
• Lead and motivate staff; ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
• Recruit Independent Contractors and manage partnerships for profitability and compliance.
• Oversee P&L, expenses, and warehouse/office operations with strict cost controls.
• Conduct weekly operations meetings and provide timely client updates and recap.
