Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant agribusiness experience with grain/agronomy operations.
• Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement and pesticide handler’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities for diverse teams.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals and follow procedures.
• Understanding of seasonal farm supply operations and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise location employees; provide vision and leadership.
• Schedule meetings and coach the location team; drive development.
• Manage recruitment: interview, offers, and onboarding of new staff.
• Oversee accounts receivable as needed and enforce safety practices.
• Collaborate with dispatchers and area managers on logistics plans.
• Support sales/marketing initiatives and assistance with daily operations.
• Assist in budgeting and identify site expansion opportunities.
• Uphold company culture through professional communication.
