Central Valley Ag in Polk, NE is seeking a proactive Location Manager to lead operations including personnel, asset, inventory, safety, and financial management while building strong customer relationships.

You will supervise daily operations, coach a team of 2–12, develop goals, manage grain movement plans with ROM, and drive efficiency, safety, and profitable growth for the location.

Competenze

• High School or GED diploma is required.
• At least five years’ experience in a grain role is required.
• Proven history of delivering results.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal operations and external customers.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team, hire, train, mentor, and evaluate performance.
• Develop and implement goals, plans, and safety standards at the location.
• Oversee financial performance and budget adherence for the location.
• Plan and execute grain movement and inventory management with ROM.
• Coordinate with ROM and location leadership on capital expenditures and value creation.
• Ensure safe operations and lead regular safety meetings.
