Job summary

Farmers Cooperative in Virginia, NE, is seeking a Location Manager to lead the grain facility, oversee staffing, maintenance, sales, customer service, and safety, and ensure efficient grain movement.

You will operate and maintain all machinery, coordinate truck loading/unloading, and build strong relationships with local customers. We offer a lifetime income plan, a comprehensive benefits package, and a friendly, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Experience operating and maintaining grain-elevator machinery is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities
