Job summary

Farmers Cooperative in Dorchester, NE is seeking an experienced agronomy manager to lead the operations of the agronomy facility, oversee staff, training, maintenance, sales, customer service, and safety, and coordinate with nearby locations. Final placement will be determined by organizational needs and candidate fit.

You will advise customers on product and service recommendations using your agronomy knowledge and help allocate staffing, resources, and equipment to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Agronomy knowledge required; strong understanding of crop inputs and farm products.

Dorchester, NE is our headquarters, but opportunities may be available at various locations within southeast Nebraska. Final location placement will be determined based on organizational needs and candidate fit. Position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus
