Farmers Cooperative in Jansen, Nebraska, is seeking an Assistant Location Manager to oversee grain facility operations, ensuring smooth movement and quality of grain.

This role includes hands-on leadership, machine operation and maintenance, and coordinating train and truck loading with customers. You will work with the Location Manager and team to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Assist the Location Manager in leading grain facility operations and ensuring efficiency and grain quality.
• Operate and maintain machinery and equipment of the grain elevator and load-out.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of trains and trucks while building relationships with local customers.
• Work hands-on with the team to carry out daily facility operations.
