We value the experience that has prepared you to develop people, deliver meaningful client work, and lead a successful local business. We believe that it will help shape how you contribute.
You may have built your experience in public accounting, private industry, tax, audit, CAS, or outsourced financial leadership.
A career built exclusively in tax is not required. Strong business leaders come from more than one career path.
Leadership-You enjoy the people side of leadership that includes coaching, developing and mentoring. You understand how to balance individual development with collective results. People know what you expect, where they stand, and how you will support them.
Client-Centered-You stay connected to client work and take pride in the advice, service, and solutions you deliver. You are able to balance your own client responsibilities with the needs of the team.
Operations-You understand the business behind the work and know how to turn that understanding into action. Your actions improve workflows, processes, and resource coordination so the team can deliver accurate, timely, and efficient service.
Business Growth-You recognize when to pursue new connections and business. You see value in expanding client relationships. You develop opportunities that make sense for the client and the business.
Accountability-You care about what you inherit and improve it. You notice where processes break down and you own the solution, communication and outcome. You use sound judgment to develop practical improvements and help the team adopt them.
Communication and Collaboration-You communicate well through shifts, updates and challenges. You can balance pressure, make decisions, and keep the people relying on you informed. You bring the right people and expertise to clients and team members.
Our team is growing! We acknowledge that financial services professionals and leaders are considering more than a title. They are considering where to invest their experience, energy, and the next chapter of their career. We value the experience and opportunities that our people have in real ways. Here's what matters to us:
We work hard and take client service seriously as well as have a life that refreshes and inspires us. We support both by believing that sustainable performance matters vs burnout. Our support includes hybrid flexibility, summer hours, generous PTO with eligibility for flexible/unlimited PTO, volunteer paid time off, and paid parental leave.
We're embracing AI and modern technology to reduce repetitive work and create more time for analysis, advice, and relationships. As a leader, you'll have a voice in improving how the firm works.
Continuing education, certification reimbursement, and leadership development support that growth.
You'll have opportunities to expand your leadership impact, develop future leaders, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the practice. Continuing education, certification reimbursement, and leadership development support that growth.
You'll work within an integrated financial ecosystem spanning CPA/accounting, banking, wealth management, insurance, and legal services. For someone who sees opportunities to solve broader client needs, that creates room to connect expertise, strengthen relationships, and develop.
