Boise Cascade Corporation is seeking a Location Controller/Administrative Manager to oversee location accounting, payroll, and administrative functions. The role coordinates month-end closings, receivables/payables, inventory reconciliation, and staff supervision to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliant processes.

The position requires a college degree in business or accounting with at least five years of accounting experience and supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• College degree in business or accounting.
• Minimum five (5) years accounting/financial background for Level II; seven (7) years for Level III.
• Requires supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in accounts receivable management and financial analysis (ratio analysis, funds sources and uses).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate month-end closings and support order entry, receivables, payables and inventory reconciliations.
• Manage general accounting cycles for the location, including payroll and GL activities.
• Supervise accounting staff and interface with sales, operations, and corporate teams.
• Handle procurement and administrative HR tasks; ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist Agility information systems and provide problem solving for admin activities.
