Job summary

Province Management Group in Boise, Idaho seeks an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations.

You will oversee the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while leading monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

This role manages budgets, cash flow, banking relationships, regulatory compliance, audits, intercompany billing, and partners with leadership on analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 2+ years of PEO accounting, payroll tax, state and local tax, and accounting leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings, 401(k) audits, and intercompany billing.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial analysis and business insights.
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and operational efficiency.
