MED PLANET, a Lyon-based fieldwork agency and wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc., seeks an experienced Project Manager for translations to oversee multiple language projects in the pharmaceutical sector on a contract basis.

You will coordinate timelines, maintain documentation, prepare quotes and invoices, ensure quality, meet SLAs, and liaise with language professionals and clients to deliver successful projects on time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or language studies.
  • 2+ years of experience in managing localisation projects.
  • Essential fluency in English; additional languages beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor multiple language projects to meet scope and deadlines.
  • Create and maintain project schedules and timelines aligned with SLAs.
  • Track progress, challenges, and successes across projects.
  • Maintain project documentation using SharePoint and other tools.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices using project management and accounting software.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards for high-quality language services.
  • Identify issues and report improvements to stakeholders.
  • Support meetings and distribute minutes and action items.
