Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA, is seeking a localization professional to manage scope, schedule and milestones across global teams. You will coordinate day-to-day logistics, support localization processes, and collaborate with developers for console, PC, and mobile markets.

Role requires strong English/Japanese cultural knowledge, excellent organization, and experience with project management methodologies. Hybrid work setup and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communication, Business, or related field.
• Experience with global localization teams and game markets.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of Japanese and American culture; Japanese proficiency helpful.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Passport may be required for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global localization teams to manage scope, schedule, and milestones.
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and disseminate project information.
• Support localization processes and tools improvements.
• Communicate with developers and partners about localization.
• Develop post-mortem reports and archive materials.
• Test and provide feedback on games and localization.
