Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Localization Project Manager to lead language-launch programs across marketing, media, and internet localization. The role requires coordination with global teams and the ability to manage up to 40 languages simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in localization, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach to improving localization infrastructure and tools across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of localization project management experience on language launches, internet, marketing and/or media localization.
• Validated localization project manager with strong attention to detail in a demanding and dynamic environment.
• Experience leading localization projects across multiple cross-functional teams, including international.
• Knowledge of online marketing, international marketing copy and the global marketplace.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize urgent issues and manage large volumes of copy/assets in up to 40 languages simultaneously.
• Proactive planner who is forward-thinking, well organized and obsessed with details.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive to improve infrastructure, tools and technologies.
• High degree of cultural sensitivity and experience working with teams across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization projects across multiple cross-functional teams, including international stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multilingual content up to 40 languages, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve localization infrastructure, processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate and culturally appropriate copy.
• Foster strong cross-cultural communication and worldwide collaboration.
