Job summary

Cesna Recruitment seeks a Creative Production Coordinator/Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and operations in Los Angeles. You will design assets, manage moodboards, and coordinate shoots, blending strong visuals with hands-on production discipline.

The ideal candidate has experience in photography/video projects, proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator, and excellent organization with flexibility for varied hours. Bilingual English/Korean preferred.

Qualifications

Ability to design and produce brand-aligned assets across digital, social, and print.
Strong visual taste with interest in music, fashion, branding, and youth culture.
Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.
Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative and production teams.
Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
