Job summary

Cactus Companies is seeking a Local Field Service Technician for a non-rotational role based in New Waverly, TX. You will perform field service activities including installation, testing, servicing, and repairing wellhead equipment, while maintaining a strong customer relationship through timely, competent service.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience, plus certifications in H2S, SafeLand and DOT for larger vehicles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience.
• Certification in H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving >10,001 GVWR.
• Perform field service tasks including installation, testing and repair.
• Must be local; non-rotational position.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe work habits and follow quality, safety, health and environmental policies.
• Check equipment compatibility, inspect condition, dry fit and communicate with customer.
• Install and test equipment per operating procedures.
• Service equipment as requested and per maintenance procedures.
• Repair equipment as needed due to field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools; report repairs to Branch Manager.
