Job summary

Cactus Wellhead in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Field Service Technician. Responsible for installation, testing, servicing, and repair of wellhead equipment, maintaining customer relationships through timely and competent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Customer required training.
• Certifications in H2S, SafeLand and DOT when driving vehicles > 10,001 GVWR.

Responsibilities

• Install and test field equipment in accordance with procedures.
• Service equipment per customer requests and maintenance procedures.
• Repair equipment as requested and as needed due to field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools; report repairs to Branch Manager.
• Prepare Field Service Orders, Rental Tickets and customer documents.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service.
